Reducing your down time and saving you the customer money is our aim, we can often repair your module back to oem spec, within days, saving you time and money against being supplied new from the oem.
We have been the designated repair facility for major brands of linear modules like Bosch Rexroth, but we can deal with various brands currently on the market (brand list) and many more besides.
There can be many reasons why your linear module fails, from worn ballscrews or belts, to bearings and linear guide blocks failing, whatever the cause we can supply the parts required to fix your unit.

As well as dealing directly with major brands like Bosch Rexroth, we are also the chosen company for many of the largest on sites and engineering suppliers, like Eriks, Rubix, & Hayley, as well as many others.
What is the repair process?
Upon receiving your module, we will fully trip the unit down to each individual component, allowing for full inspection and identifying of failure points, a comprehensive report is provided to the customer, along with a quote including sourcing and supplying the required parts, often direct from OEM’s. So you can rest assured your repaired module is using quality parts.
What are common repairs?
Common failures points on linear modules are often the ballscrews or drive belts, as a ballscrew repair specialist, we can fully refurbish your ballscrew, saving the need for new. Bearings are often found at both the drive and support/tensioning end of a linear module, we use a range of suppliers to source quality bearings at reasonable prices and lead times.
