             • Assessment and quote within 48 hours of receipt of unit …FREE
             • 48 hour turn around for refurbished and re-balled units
             • 25 working day turn around for reground shafts and ball nuts
             • 45 working day turn around for new units, less for DIN standard types.
             • On site assistance as required (at cost)

(All the above will be improved for breakdown emergencies – standard clean, polish shaft and nut, rebuild ballscrew with new balls and set preload torque – 8 hours)
